Fees

Clear fee structures — tailored to your business

We explain how we charge before work begins. Fees are shaped by what you need — not a one-size list published online.

How we charge

Fee structures we use

Depending on the engagement, we typically work on one or a combination of the following structures. We do not publish rigid price lists here — every proposal is written for your scope and circumstances.

01

Fixed monthly

A set monthly fee for ongoing accountancy, bookkeeping or outsourced finance support.

Best where the work is recurring and the scope is clear — compliance cycles, management reporting and day-to-day finance support. You know the cost in advance; we agree what is included and review if the business changes materially.

02

Fixed project

A defined fee for a one-off piece of work with a clear start and finish.

Used for scoped engagements such as a financial health review, year-end catch-up, system setup, valuations support or a defined advisory project. Deliverables and timing are agreed before work begins.

03

Retainer

Reserved access to senior advice and support within an agreed monthly commitment.

Suited to businesses that need regular strategic input — for example fractional finance director support or ongoing advisory — without buying every hour separately. The retainer covers an agreed level of availability and priority response.

04

Onboarding fee

A one-off fee to bring your records, systems and history onto our platform.

Covers the setup work needed to start well: gathering information, reviewing prior records, configuring systems and agreeing reporting routines. Once onboarding is complete, ongoing work continues under the monthly, project or retainer arrangement agreed.

What shapes your fee

Scope, volume, complexity and risk

Two businesses rarely need the same package. We assess the work properly so the fee matches the reality of the engagement — then we put it in writing before you commit.

Scope

What is included — entities, services, reporting frequency and depth of support.

Volume

Transaction levels, number of entities, payroll size and the volume of routine work.

Complexity

Group structures, multi-site operations, sector-specific reporting and specialised tax or advisory needs.

Risk

Deadlines, regulatory exposure, quality of existing records and the level of professional judgement required.
